When I try to sign up, I receive an error that says "No such user for that high school"
You must enter you legal first and last name in
order to register for a MeyMentor account. For example, if your name is Joseph Smith you may not use
Joe or JoJo or J-Smith as your first name. The same is true for your last name.
Your school is responsible for creating the list of valid students, so if you are not finding your legal name check with your teacher to have your name included.
I can't remember my username or password
Use the login information retrieval system by clicking here. You will receive an email with your username and password.
There are no high schools listed on the registration page, only colleges
When registering for MyMentor, you must first select your local community college. The list of available high schools will then be populated.
