Welcome to the K16 Bridge
The K16 Bridge Program was designed by a group of k-12 and community college teachers, instructors, counselors, and administrators to finally unite K-12 with community colleges and four year institutions. The goal of the program is to increase the number of students transitioning to post-secondary institutions by making the K-12 schools an active participant in the process. With personal web sites, in class lessons, and the community college admissions process brought to each and every site the program is unique
